Our telephone service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and in the afternoon from Monday to Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Delivery term

The usual delivery time is 48-72 hours for products in stock and 5 days for other products. Some products include more information about expected delivery delay. The delivery times indicated in the products and in the shopping cart are informative and based on the average calculated in working days. In no case do they represent a delivery commitment on the date set. Occasionally there may be greater delays, in this case the client may unilaterally withdraw the order, reimbursing the amounts paid in the order and the parties agreeing that no claim for damages, present or future, direct or indirect, or under the modalities, is applicable of emergent damage or lost profit.

Returns
Up to 15 days after purchase. 100% refund of the products.

Merchandise delivery

Product prices and availability
Prices are valid, except for typographical errors while stocks last.

The availability shown in products, order form and purchase process is informative. In the case of ending the stock of a product requested by the customer, the new estimated delivery time will be informed, and the customer may choose to refund the purchase amount. Orders with a transfer payment method will have 48 hours to be paid by transfer. After this time, the order may be canceled and the price and offer may not be maintained.

 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the purchase price.
Our agreement with the transport company GLS allows us to have exceptionally low shipping costs.
The Toys Gaspar store will manage the shipment as quickly as possible. Since we have all the merchandise prepared, packed and labeled in our logistics center, the express courier company GLS will deliver it in a maximum of 72 hours.

 Guaranteed Minimum Price

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of it, are not included in this warranty.
